Deliverables
Our product design process uncovers user needs through interviews. We translate user activities into technical requirements following the guiding concepts of activity-based design. Requirements are mapped to and inform UI designs. Then we create interactive prototypes to confirm design decisions. The process ends with establishing robust measurement plans.
Engagement Types
Client engagements can take two forms. Both options are billed on a time & materials basis. Either way, you only pay for the hours spent.
- Project-based: We’ll define the scope and estimate the effort prior to starting the work. After the initial design phase, we recommend retaining us through project completion for design support.
- Retainer: We’ll establish a weekly or monthly time commitment without defining the scope. Direct integration with your development team allows for greater flexibility and control to meet your needs.
